Madelyn was friendly and professional. She did everything I would want a real estate agent to do and she did it well. Moving across the country out of a house impacted by Hurricane Ian was stressful, but she made it easier.

Due to our schedules and me only having a limited amount of time in Florida before returning home to NY, we only had 3 days to look for a potential home. I did not expect to find anything and planned on returning to look. Madelyn found the home of my dreams in 3 days. She listened to my requirements and did not waste my time showing me homes that did not fit my criteria. When looking at a home, Madelyn was very thorough in her inspection and would point out things that were not advantageous which I would not have noticed. She could have easily ignored the imperfections and potential problems to make a quick sale but she had my interests first. She did a great job of negotiating not only the price but in getting the sellers to take responsibility for the cost of needed repairs. She was extremely helpful in recommending the vendors necessary to do the repairs especially arranging a roofing contractor to complete the work in record time in order for me to get home insurance.
